Organizer Terms & Conditions

These terms govern the use of PaceNation by event organizers. By listing an event, you agree to the following conditions.

1. Organizer Responsibility

• You are solely responsible for the event you create and manage.
• All event details must be accurate and up to date.
• You must comply with all applicable local laws and regulations.

2. Event Management

• You are responsible for event execution, logistics, and participant safety.
• Any changes (date, venue, etc.) must be communicated to participants promptly.

3. Payments & Settlement

• Payments are processed via third-party gateways.
• PaceNation may charge a platform/convenience fee.
• Settlement timelines will be communicated separately.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

• You must clearly define your refund policy before publishing the event.
• You are responsible for honoring refund commitments.
• PaceNation is not liable for organizer refund disputes.

5. Prohibited Content

• No fraudulent, misleading, or illegal events.
• No content violating intellectual property rights.

6. Liability

You agree to indemnify and hold PaceNation harmless from any claims, damages, or disputes arising from your event.

7. Account Suspension

PaceNation reserves the right to suspend or remove organizers violating these terms.

8. Data Usage

Participant data must be used only for event-related communication and not for misuse or spam.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Kerala.
