Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy outlines the terms under which refunds and cancellations are handled on PaceNation.
1. General Policy
All registrations made through PaceNation are subject to the refund and cancellation policies defined by the respective event organizers.
2. Cancellation by User
- Cancellation eligibility depends on the event organizer’s policy.
- Some events may not allow cancellations once registered.
- If allowed, cancellation requests must be made within the specified time frame.
3. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
4. Non-Refundable Charges
- Convenience fees and payment gateway charges are non-refundable.
- Taxes (including GST) may not be refundable as per applicable laws.
5. Event Cancellation or Changes
- If an event is cancelled, refunds will be processed as per organizer instructions.
- PaceNation is not responsible for event postponements or modifications.
6. No-Show Policy
Failure to attend an event does not qualify for a refund unless explicitly stated by the organizer.
7. Disputes
Any disputes related to refunds should be raised with the event organizer. PaceNation may assist but does not guarantee resolution.
